All cabins come equipped with porpane fridge, propane stove, propane lights and a wood stove for heat. All firewood is provided at no extra charge during your stay. Sheets, blankets and pillows are on all beds. The kitchens are stocked with silvaerware, dishes, pots and pans for use during your stay. Towerls are also supplied for use in our two public showers located at the back of the main lodge.
They also have propane, gasoline and diesel for sale. The main lodge also has a small convenience store, and a licensed restaurant for dining inside and/or on the patio. They sell hunting and fishing licenses and appropriate supplies for both. We have motor boat and canoe rentals available by the hour or for the day. We also have a boat launch, adventure playground for children, horseshoe pits and numerous sets of outdoor pit toilets.
Our resort is nestled deep in the forests of the Cariboo-Chilcotin District. Fishpot Lake is a 48 hectare lake with very good Black-water Trout fishing. It is a wonderful place to observe wildlife in their natural habitat. Plus they have many scenic trails in and around the resort. A near by Volcano to explore, the forestry look-out tower located on the top of Fishpot mountain, local Nazko waterfalls, the little red-school house which offers local crafts and baking and a mini-museaum of history of the area. Not to mention many other surrounding lakes which are plentiful with fish and the black water river which is known for its Salmon fishing in the late summer/early fall.
