The information, support and encouragement I received from Community Futures here in Quesnel was incredibly helpful.  Having the person to person contact was so valuable to me as I learned how to navigate the many steps and things to consider when opening a small business.

I not only learned a lot about business plans and how cash flow projections work.  I was also provided with many contacts such as a lawyer to help with the incorporation process, an accountant to help with all my questions and bookkeeping concerns.  Help with logo creation and referrals for other services like website design and development.  Ultimately I gained the confidence needed to take the leap and I'm so glad I did.  Thanks to all of you at Community Futures that have helped me move forward with my idea and the creation of my small business.  I do and will continue to recommend Community Futures to anyone interested in asking questions, getting information or moving ahead with their own business.
